When we moved to New Mexico 10 years ago, my husband and I ate at this restaurant. So, when I didn't know what to get my son for his birthday, I decided on this cookbook as his relaxation and love after a tough workday is gourmet cooking. He likes the book so much, he took it on his last business trip and studied the recipes all the way from Boston to Washington state and back.
