ALL ORDERS, PLEASE NOTE: Due to the fact that our gifts are handcrafted in New Mexico in limited number, there is a slight chance that an item may sell out prior to your order being fully completed. Orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. If an item sells out prior to order completion we will refund the retail price and shipping cost of this item, if it affects the total charged for shipping, in its entirety, and alert you via the contact information you have provided.

If for any reason you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations
simply return it for an exchange or a refund. Returns are accepted within 30 days of
the original purchase date. Return instructions listed beneath Shipping and Handling information.

Standard Shipping Charges:
Within the Continental United States for our 5-10 day service, are as follows:
- $5.95 for orders up to $20.00.
- $7.95 for orders 20.01 to $40.00.
- $9.95 for orders $40.01 to $60.00.
- $11.95 for orders $60.01 to $75.00.
- $14.95 for orders of $75.01 to $100.00.
- $17.95 for orders of $100.01 to $150.00.
- $19.95 for orders of $150.01 and above.
- Magazine shipping is $1.25 per issue in Continental US only.
- Please allow one day for processing orders. Processing/Shipping times include business days only.
- All Posters, NM Found items (garments, hats, totes), Heart of the Desert Pistachios (NMS404), Tularosa Pecans when in season/stock (NMS856 and NMS857), and Chocolate Fiesta (NMS793) all ship separately from the rest of your order. No express shipping available on these items.
- All Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders add $20 surcharge. Please plan on a transit time of up to three weeks.
New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax will be applied to merchandise whose desitnation is within the state of New Mexico.
Express Delivery (Continental US Only):
One day processing needed on all orders if placed after NOON, CMT.
- 3-day service: additional $10.00. Orders must be placed by NOON, CMT, to allow processing to ensure 3-Day service.
- 2-day service: additional $20.00. Orders must be placed by NOON, CMT, to allow processing time. Otherwise, choose 3-day service.
- Next day service: additional $30.00. Orders must be placed by NOON, CMT, to allow processing time. Otherwise choose 2-day service.
- NOTE: All express delivery orders: Not guaranteed in the event of an item being out of stock.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of original delivery for a full refund (excludes shipping and handling). As quality and service are important to us, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received either an incorrect or defective item.)
In the case of a return, you may request a replacement item, a refund, or a credit good toward the purchase of another product(s) in our store.
To return an item, follow these four simple steps:
- Circle the returned item(s) on the packing slip and enclose it with the returned product. Please keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.
- Repackage the item in its original box and securely seal.
- Return the package to us using the return-address label provided on the front of the packing slip.
- Please ship via a carrier that provides package tracking. Jewelry will only be accepted for return using a carrier with tracking numbers.
